2.       Posses institutional framework and managers equal to competitive scale;

3.       Have established concrete regulations and game implementation plans;

4.       Posses funds fitting with competitive scale;

5.       Have confirmed competition areas, facilities and equipment;

1. Competition regulation includes sports events, time and place, involved units and methods, competitive methods and rules and rewards way, etc.

2. A requisition signed by legal representatives of host unit

3. Documents approved by relative executive department

 

 4. The requisition applied for holding sports competition should specify some items that followed
a. Definition includes the name of sports competition, the host unit and organizer, etc.

b. The aim for holding sports competition;

c. The source and function of funds;
d. The preparation embodiment of this item of competition


e. Other items demonstrated by PE administrative department

Supervisory measure:

Before the competition, Sports Administrative Center will take a field-investigation. If it meets the demand, afford approval. During the competition, Sports Administrative Center will send staffs to make an inspection tour on site. When found security hidden danger or other nonconformities, the game will be suspended.
